Two-thirds of the nation is predicted to have a colder-than-normal winter this year, with above-average precipitation. If you work in an office, your thoughts may turn to work-from-home snow days complete with flannel PJs and hot cocoa instead of stale breakroom coffee. However, if you work on construction jobsites, the idea of winter storms may not invoke the same warm fuzzy feelings.
